The annual Battle on the Hardwood Classic hosted by Parkway begins Wednesday with another strong field.
In addition to two-time defending non-select state champion Parkway, teams competing include two-time non-select Division II champion Wossman, defending select Division IV champion Southern Lab, 2024 non-select Division IV runner-up Oakdale, 2024 non-select Division II semifinalist Huntington and 2024 non-select Division IV semifinalist Lakeview.
Parkway faces Wossman Wednesday at 8 p.m.
Other parish teams competing are Airline, Benton, Bossier and Plain Dealing.
