The Haughton Lady Bucs defeated Gibsland-Coleman 59-19 in the first round of the Minden Holiday Classic on Wednesday.
Taralyn Sweeney paced Haughton with 20 points. Takaiyah Sweeney scored 15.
Haughton improved to 7-4.
