The Haughton Lady Bucs defeated Glenbrook 16-6 in five innings in the Cedar Creek tournament Friday.
Haughton led 8-5 after four innings then scored eight in the top of the fifth.
Kylie Small went 3-for-4. She had two of the Lady Bucs’ five singles in the fifth.
Ariana Matthews had two hits and five RBI.
Brooklynn Bockhaus went 2-for-3. Laney Dobrow had two hits, including a solo home run, and five RBI.
Averi Phillips went 2-for-4 with two RBI.
Dixie Williams got the win. Haughton improved to 9-7.
Elsewhere, the Parkway Lady Panthers fell to Stanley 4-2 in the Stanley tournament.
Chloe Larry went 2-for-4 with a double. Mikaylah Williams hit a two-run home run.
Alannah Wilson had a double.
Parkway dropped to 5-5.
