High school tennis: Benton players to compete in Division I state tournament at ULM

The LHSAA Division I State Tournament begins Thursday at ULM.

Three Benton teams are in the girls doubles draw. They qualified for the tournament in the Region I tournament.

Madeline Miguez and Beth Stewart reached the regional semifinals. Bella Wiese and Aubrey Weir and Ava Russell and Calyn Cox were quarterfinalists.

Benton’s Boyd Wilson is in the boys singles draw. He was a regional quarterfinalist.

Benton’s Wesley Hollowell and Thomas Henry are competing in boys doubles. They were regional quarterfinalists.
