High school track & field: Seven parish athletes make LTFCA All-State Teams

Seven parish athletes have been named to the Louisiana Track & Field Coaches Association All-State Teams.

The LTFCA All-State Teams are based on results from all classes in the LHSAA state meet held at LSU in May.

Making the boys team are Airline’s Jeremiah Boudreaux, Parkway’s Brennan Robin, Parkway’s Devon Oliver and Benton’s Miller Malley.

Making the girls team are Haughton’s Aniya Hill, Airline’s Shelby Ledet and Parkway’s Chloe Larry.

Two athletes in individual events and two relay teams in each relay were honored.

Boudreaux, a 2024 graduate, recorded the fastest time in the 300 hurdles with a 36.76.

Robin, a rising sophomore, had the second-fastest time in the 1,600 with a 4:14.76.

Oliver, a rising senior, had the second-best distance in the discus with a 172-8.

Malley, a rising senior, had the best height in the pole vault with a 14-11 1/2.

Hill, a 2024 graduate, had the second-best distance in the discus with a 134-0.

Ledet, a rising sophomore, had the second-best height in the high jump with a 5-5 3/4.

Larry, a 2024 graduate, had the second-best distance in the javelin with a 142-3.
