The Airline Lady Vikings and Haughton Lady Bucs won non-district volleyball games Monday. Haughton also won a District 1-II game Tuesday, defeating Booker T. Washington straight sets.
The Lady Vikings defeated Many in four sets in Many. Airline won the first two sets 25-16, 25-18. Many won the third 25-22. The Lady Vikings closed out the match with a dominating 25-10 fourth-set win.
The Lady Bucs cruised past North Caddo 25-18, 25-6, 25-16 at home Monday. Haughton defeated Booker T. Washington 25-12, 25-14, 25-23 at Booker T. Washington on Tuesday.
Airline (10-9) hosts Haughton (8-8) Thursday in a non-district game.
Airline’s Gabby Patronis had 12 aces, 12 kills, one assist and four digs against Many. Kaylea Noble had five aces, 10 kills, three blocks and three assists.
Brooklyn Brandon had four aces, four kills and six digs. Zahria Lloyd had one ace, four kills, one block, 28 assists and nine digs.
