The Airline Lady Vikings reached the semifinals of the Dutchtown tournament Saturday.
Airline defeated Lutcher 25-14, 25-23 in the quarterfinals before falling to Lakeshore 25-12, 25-12 in the semifinals.
Thali Rosario had five asists and two digs against Lutcher. Gabby Patronis had one ace, two kills and 10 digs.
Airline finished second in pool play with a 2-1 mark. The Lady Vikings defeated Riverside Academy 20-25, 31-29, 15-13 and Livonia 25-13, 25-12 before losing to Vandebilt Catholic 25-13, 25-9.
Tori Ligman had one ace and 12 digs against Riverside. Patronis had six kills and nine digs. Jackie Deville had four kills, one block and one dig. Jaci Ervin had three blocks and three digs.
Ligman served eight aces and had one assist and nine digs against Livonia. Ervin had three aces, five blocks and one dig. Zee Lloyd had two kills, one block, six assists and six digs. Patronis had one ace, three kills and nine digs. Brooklyn Brandon had one ace, one kill and five digs.
Courtney Clawson had two aces, one kill, one block and one dig. Rosario had one kill, three assists and six digs.
The Lady Vikings (8-5) play their first home game Tuesday against defending district champion Ruston.
Benton (3-3) visits Loyola College Prep in a non-district game Tuesday.
Haughton (2-4) visits Evangel Christian in a non-district game Monday.
Parkway (1-1) hosts Northwood in a non-district game Monday.
