The Benton Lady Tigers downed the North Caddo Lady Rebels in four sets in the first home volleyball game in school history Tuesday.
The Lady Tigers won the first two sets 25-14 and 25-21. The Lady Rebels rallied to win the third 25-20. Benton closed the match with a 25-12 victory in the fourth.
Benton improved to 2-2 overall with its second straight victory.
The Lady Tigers host Mansfield in a non-district game Wednesday and visit Huntington in a District 1-II game Thursday.
Airline (4-2) opens District 1-I play Thursday at Natchitoches Central.
The Haughton Lady Bucs fell to Many in four sets in a non-district game Tuesday at Many, 23-25, 21-25, 25-15, 22-25.
Haughton (2-3) visits Byrd in a non-district game Thursday.
