Bossier Chamber of Commerce’s after-hours event on Thursday, Sept. 24 will honor Holiday Lanes with free bowling, beer tastings and more
BOSSIER CITY, LA – Holiday Lanes, a locally owned business that has been owned and operated by the same family since 1960, will celebrate 55 years in business at a public event, 5-7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 24.
The event, which will be held in partnership with the Bossier Chamber of Commerce’s “Business After Hours,” will include free admission, complimentary bowling, beer tastings by Flying Heart Brewing and a celebratory roll of a special emerald bowling ball in recognition of Holiday Lanes’ 55th anniversary. Due to anticipated high demand, bowling lanes and beer tastings will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Supplies are limited.
“What better way to toast our fifty-fifth year in business than by raising a glass of Bossier City’s first craft beer, Flying Heart Brewing, which we will be serving at Holiday Lanes,” said Melanie Coleman, managing partner of Holiday Lanes. “My dad launched this business in 1960, and he would be so proud of the community that we continue to build in 2015.”
Holiday Lanes is located at 3316 Old Minden Road in Bossier City. For more information on Holiday Lanes, call (318) 746-7331 or visit www.bowlholidaylanes.com.
