Home invasion suspect arrested

Bossier City Police have arrested a home invasion suspect after a month-long search.

Brandonlyn Campbell was arrested Monday by detectives with the Bossier City Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit in connection with an incident on March 16. 

AuBrandonlyn_M_Campbellthorities allege Campbell forced his way into an apartment that was occupied by an acquaintance at the North Park Apartments in the 2500 block of Montgomery Lane. Campbell was armed with a firearm at the time and fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival. No one was injured in the incident. 

Campbell was taken into custody at a residence in the 900 block of Whittington Street and booked into the Bossier City Jail on a charge of home invasion. He was also charged with domestic abuse battery and illegal use of a weapon in connection with two other separate incidents.
