LANE CLOSURE: LA 3 (Benton Rd) southbound near Shed Road

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, the southbound outside (right) lane of LA 3 (Benton Road) will be closed from Montgomery Lane to Shed Road in Bossier City.

These lane closures are necessary to allow the contractor for the ongoing Walter O. Bigby Carriageway project to work on Shed Road near the intersection with Benton Road.

This lane closure is anticipated to last approximately four weeks.

As a reminder, this project is being managed by the City of Bossier. Inquiries about the project itself should be directed to the city.

Alternate Route: N/A

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
