It is down to the wire and things are moving at a very fast pace as we rush to finish up holiday shopping, cooking, and other last minute details.  No matter what else happens, cooking is at the top of the list.  Could you use a little help deciding what recipes to make or maybe add a twist to an old favorite?

If quick and yummy are what you are looking for try “Best Dump Cakes Ever: Mind-Blowingly Easy Dump-and-Bake Cake-Mix Desserts” by Monica Sweeney and “Michael Symon’s 5 in 5 for Every Season: 165 Quick Dinners, Sides, Holiday Dishes, and More” by Michael Symon.

“Taste of Home” magazines are without a doubt one of the best sources for recipes.  Both “Taste of Home: Easy Weeknight Dinners” and “Taste of Home Most Requested Recipes 2015” are filled with easy-to-make meals for friends and family throughout the holiday season.

“A Real Southern Cook: In Her Savannah Kitchen” by Dora Charles and “Blue Ribbon Baking from a Redneck Kitchen” by Francine Bryson are perfect for finding delicious southern recipes.  Who could pass up chocolate gravy over biscuits?
