The Bossier Parish Library History Center is hosting its annual Holiday Open House on Friday, December 11 from 2—4p.m. Everyone is invited to enjoy live music, holiday decorations, displays and refreshments during this special occasion.
Pam Carlisle, Local History and Public Outreach Specialist planned a special surprise for visitors this year. She announced, “Members of the Bossier Parish Library family [or Library staff and family] will be revealing their musical talents at this event.”
Wednesday, December 2 through Sunday, January 3, a life-size Candy Land game will be set up in the Bossier Central Kids Zone for children of all ages and their parents. The entire room will be decorated in sugar-like confections with a frosty theme. The peppermint house is a must see.

This year the new Tooke Memorial Library will celebrate its first Christmas with a Candy Land game beginning Monday, December 7 through Friday, January 1. Branch manager Mary Sanders invites everyone to enjoy the beautiful setting of Bossier Parish Library’s newest branch this holiday season.
Add these and other library programs and activities to your Christmas to-do list. Go to www.bossierlibrary.org to find out what is happening at your neighborhood library.
