The Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets will host its first-ever Midnight Madness Opening Friday, Nov. 28.
On top of everyday savings of up to 65 percent off regular retail prices, the local outlet stores will kick-off the holiday shopping season offering best-of-season sales along with limited-time-only discounts.
What’s more, visitors will have the chance to win $2,500. Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets’ first 300 customers at its Christmas tree will receive a Surprise Swag Bag filled with complimentary gifts and goodies courtesy of the outlet center’s favorite brands and the chance to win up to $500 in gift cards for their holiday shopping needs.
The Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets has also announced that its popular trolley , the Magnolia Belle, will proudly begin transporting passengers throughout its property again on Saturday, Nov. 15. The free and favorite attraction returns just in time to make its grand debut during the annual Bass Pro Santa Parade which will take place beginning at 4:30 p.m. starting at the Courtyard Marriott and ending at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World.
After the retirement of its open-air style trolley in April, the free attraction returns to the shopping destination with a variety of upgrades and exciting operational changes:
- Now an enclosed trolley equipped with both heat and air conditioning.
- New pick-up/drop-off route will include a series of marked stops along the way beginning at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World and ending at Courtyard Marriott including a new and convenient stop in the first floor of the parking garage.
- Rubber wheels
- Uses eco-friendly CNG fuel
- Handicapped accessible
“Our shoppers, along with tour and school groups, have truly missed the Magnolia Belle during its short time away,” said Ashley Davis, marketing manager for the Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets. “We’re pleased to introduce the latest Magnolia Belle trolley and know that our visitors will appreciate not only its charm, but its new and improved conveniences as they enjoy the ride as they shop our stores and enjoy our many restaurants.”
