Loyola College Prep’s Sixty-second Annual Style Show will be held on Wednesday, November 12 at 11 a.m. at the Shreveport Convention Center. Tickets for the event and sweepstakes tickets may be purchased online for $30 at www.lcpstyleshow2014.eventbrite.com until October 24th. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door the day of the show for $35 each.
The festive theme of the 2014 Loyola College Prep Style Show is “Visions of Paradise.” The stage, music, and costumes will all have an island theme, islands from around the world including Bora Bora and Tahiti.
Loyola College Prep seniors will be visiting exotic tropical islands relaxing and taking in the cool island breezes. The student models will be visiting the Bahamas, Bora Bora, Tahiti and other exotic destinations. They will be dancing to fun island-inspired music with a tropical beat complimented by a blend of modern pop songs. Attendees will feel they have been transported to a tropical paradise complete with an active volcano and palm trees swaying in the wind.
Attendees will be dining on the Convention Center’s Signature Island Chicken Salad, Tropical Fruit dish, and Key Lime Pie.
The Loyola College Prep Seniors of the Class of 2015 will be modeling clothing from the following stores: Altar’d State, Cavenders, Chez, Rivage Boutique, Dillard’s, Edwin Watts Golf, Favorite Sisters Boutique, Gearhead Outfitters, Harper House, Heart & Soul, Imelda’s, John Pickens, Krush Boutique, Lorants Sporting Goods, M Clothing, The Gap, The Paper Tulip, Simply Chic, Sportspectrum, Squires Formalwear, Vertage Clothing, and Zoe Boutique
Sid Potts has generously donated two items ranging in price from $600 to $6,300 for the “Grand Prize” sweepstakes! These items are a Mahogany wood and brass jewelry box, with two lift out trays and champagne suede interior, and a pair of 18 KT white gold and brilliant cut diamond circle earrings 1.98 tw. These tickets can be reserved online at www.lcpstyleshow2014.eventbrite.com or the day of the show for $20 each.
Sweepstakes tickets may be reserved for one of the ten sweepstakes prize packages. With names like Sun and Sand, Crazy Caribbean Escape, and Loving Life at the Luau, winners are sure to enjoy their prizes. The 122 seniors will be participating in the Senior Walk. Many seniors will also be walking in the Alumni Walk as Loyola recognizes past generations of Loyola, Jesuit, and St. Vincent’s graduates.
