The Bossier Parish Community College Cavaliers men’s basketball team will be hosting the BPCC Classic Friday and Saturday at BPCC’s gym.

The BPCC Classic features four teams playing four games over a two-day period. Participating teams include: the Lone Star College-CyFair Falcons, the Louisiana Christian Disciples, the Panola College Ponies and the host BPCC Cavaliers.

On Friday, Panola plays Lone Star College-CyFair at 5:30 p.m., then BPCC faces Louisiana Christian at 7:30 p.m. Panola meets Louisiana Christian at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, with BPCC and LSC-CyFair squaring off at 4 p.m.

The Cavaliers are off to the best start in recent school history having won five of their first six games. The only blemish on the record was a 78-70 loss in their last outing against the No. 23-ranked McLennan Highlanders in Waco, Texas.

Admission to the Classic is $5 per day. All students, regardless of age or grade level, get in free with a valid ID.
