BOSSIER CITY – Mollie Lynn Grice Padula was called home November 4, 2013. Mrs. Padula was born September 29, 1932 in Pelican, Louisiana. Mollie was the sixth of ten children born to William Randall and Annie Jane Grice. She was a LPN for over 30 years, retiring only to help care for her grandchildren. Mrs. Padula was a faithful member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Padula, MollieMollie is preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings: Elise Grice,Louise Hobbs, Raymond Grice, Ruth Arndt, Allen Grice, Avery Goins, Randall Grice, and her loving husband Gregory J. Padula. Mrs. Padula is survived by three siblings: Myrtle Anderson, Rudy Grice, and Gladys Webb; five children: Shirley Perry, Donna Boyles, Cathy Tindal, Patricia and Scott Hudson, and Thomas and Tammy Tindal; Nine grandchildren: Christi Knight, Shannon and Reggie Dykes, James Perry, Joseph and Kristin Hudson, Amanda and Adam Nixon, April Hudson, Erica and Clarence Hussey, Hannah Tindal, and Brandon Tindal; Ten great-grandchildren: Emily Dykes, Katelyn Knight, Lauren Knight, Hannah Hussey, Cade Tindal, Jayson Dykes, Hunter Hudson, Elijah Nixon, Beau Hudson, and Carter Hussey.

Visitation will be from 6 pm – 8 pm Wednesday November 6th at Hill Crest Funeral Home in Haughton, Louisiana. Services will be held at 3 pm Thursday November 7th at Christ the King Church in Bossier City. She will be laid to rest immediately afterwards at Hill Crest Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
