Ms. BPCC 2016 & Miss Tiny Cavalier crowned

Allison Leone was crowned Ms. BPCC 2016 at the school’s annual pageant, held Feb. 27 in the Performing Arts Theater on campus.

Leone, a Nursing major, is the daughter of Bubba and Kim Leone and Bryan and Cindy Green.

First runner-up was Erica Lawson, a Performing Arts major, and Ms. Congeniality was Destiney Wesley, a Physical Therapist Assistant Program major.
Ms. BPCC contestants are judged on leadership in academic and extracurricular activities, citizenship, service to the College, poise, personality, and personal attractiveness. Ms. BPCC represents Bossier Parish Community College as a spokesperson and community ambassador.

Various prizes are awarded including a full-tuition scholarship plus books for the Ms. BPCC titleholder.

Aryebellah Johnson was also crowned Miss Tiny Cavalier. Aryebellah, age 5, is the daughter of Amanda and Kevin Johnson. She is in kindergarten at Meadowview Elementary School.
Millie Romero, age 4 and a Pre-Kindergarten student at Bellair Academy, was chosen as Miss Tiny Cavalier first runner-up. She is the daughter of Romanita and Kevin Romero.
Miss Tiny Cavalier contestants are judged on beauty/appearance, personality, projection, and poise.
