BOSSIER CITY – Graveside Services for Robert Eugene Chamberlain will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Hill Crest Memorial Park with Rev. Billy Pierce officiating.

Robert was born on February 1, 1933, and passed away on September 23, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hurchell and Dora Bell Chamberlain; his loving wife of 57 years Lillian Chamberlan and four siblings. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Paul Landrum and wife Dena of Fortuna CA; a daughter, Janice Coulson and husband Ritchie of Bossier City LA; four grandchildren, Anand McMannus and husband Jack, Christa Coulson, Sam Landrum, Robert Coulson and wife Alyshia; six great- grandchildren, Pavin, Daly, Alexis, McKinley, Emmet and Esme.

Robert retired from the United States Air Force in 1977 after serving 26 years. He then went to work as an assistant manager for Eckard Drugs finally retiring to do what he was meant to do, driving Mrs. Lil.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the NWLA War Veterans Home and all the caregivers that took care of Dad for the last four years. The family would also like to thank Robyn and Christus Hospice Care.
