A new batch of movies for kids, are ready for checkout at the library. There are several holiday themed DVDs as well as some that are educational and some just for fun.
Fall will be here soon, and that means Halloween is just around the corner. Quite a few new fall DVDs have been added to the collection: “Littlest Pet Shop: Halloween Fest;” “Out of the Vault Halloween Collection”; “Batman Unlimited – Monster Mayhem”; “Nickelodeon Favorites – Celebrate Fall!”; “Caillou’s Halloween”; Peg + Cat: A Totally Awesome Halloween”; “Wordworld – Halloween Fun”; and “Paw Patrol – Meet Everest!”
DVDs for preschoolers include: “Preschool Prep – Counting, Colors & Shapes”; “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood – Daniel Goes to School”; “Strawberry Shortcake”; “Awesome Animals Collection”; and “Alpha and Omega Family Vacation.”
Stop by any BPL branch to find out what is available for children in the way of programs and activities or go online at www.bossierlibrary.org. Children can get a library card for free if their parents or guardians live, work, or attend school in Bossier Parish. There is no age requirement.
