Ann Marie (Sherman) Kilgore joined her Lord and Savior on September 19, 2017, in Shreveport, LA. She was 86 years old.
Ann was born on October 30, 1930, in Laurel, MS. After graduating high school, she went on to join the United States Air Force. During her time in the Air Force she met her husband, Jesse. They later married and had two children, Mary (Kilgore) Hennen and Lynn (Kilgore) Esque. Ann was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending her time with family and friends, animals, doing crafts, and playing games.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters, husband, Jesse W. Kilgore, and grandson, Peete Hennen.
Ann is survived by her daughters, Mary Kilgore Hennen and husband James and Lynn Kilgore Esque; grandchildren, Melanie Hennen, Malea Hennen Hedgepeth and husband Will, Jeremy Hennen, Dakota Hennen and wife Tiare, Crystal Esque Bardon and husband Brandon and Ryan Esque and wife Robin and 10 great grandchildren and 2 grand puppies.
Ann’s service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, September 23, 2017. Burial will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Ann Kilgore’s life.
