Constance “Connie” Dudra
Bossier City, LA – Constance (Connie) Dudra, born on 26 November 1941 in Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away peacefully at home after a brief struggle with MDS. Visitation was held at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018. Graveside service and interment was held at Hill Crest Memorial Park on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Masdin; brother, Teddy Louis; and grandson, Timothy Hall. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Charles Dudra; brother, Russell Eaton andwife Joey of Keneohe, Hawaii; son, Leonard VanOss and wife Dolly of Bossier City; granddaughter, Michelle Clement and husband Jack, and Ashley Hamous, both of Bossier City; and six great-grandchildren, Hunter, Conner, Faith, Landon, Kason, and Beaux.
It takes a special woman to be a Navy wife. Connie was that person; a faithful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be greatly missed by all.
The family would like to thank Dr. Tyler Lash, the nurses at Willis Knighton Cancer Center, and especially her Willis Knighton Hospice nurses, Tangela and Claudia, for their care and caring.
