Dorothy Aline Williams
Bossier City, LA – Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Aline Williams, age 84, will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, May 5, 2018, at the Plain Dealing Baptist Church, Plain Dealing, LA, with Rev. Roy Dale Strother officiating. Interment will follow in Plain Dealing Cemetery, under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Plain Dealing, LA. Visitation was held Friday, May 4, 2018, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Williams was born on April 5, 1934 to G. W. and Virginia Belle Bickham Huddleston in Plain Dealing, LA and passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in Bossier City, LA. Mrs. Williams was a former resident of Cotton Valley and had been a resident of Bossier City for the last seven years and a member of Unity Baptist Church in Cotton Valley. She was a homemaker and caregiver and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathy F. Tuminello and husband, Philip of Bossier City, LA, Carol Ann Orr and husband, David of Plain Dealing, LA, Tammy Louise Holmes and husband, Bill of Fort Worth, TX; son, Robert Allen Foreman and wife, Diana of Canyon, TX; two step daughters, Portia Williams of Benton, LA, Brenda W. Lowe of Zwolle, LA; stepson, Larry Williams of Oil City, LA; 15 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by parents; husband, George O. Williams and brother, G.W. Huddleston, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Logan Cottrell, Bruce Lowe, Curtis Lowe, Jeffrey Darner, Alex Holmes and Eric Cottrell. Honorary pallbearers will be Donald Darner and Brad Orr.
