Dr. Earl White
BOSSIER CITY, LA – Funeral Services for Dr. Earl White will be Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11:00am at Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Gerald Anglin and Dr. Gerald L. Palmer. Interment will follow at Doyline Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:30-6:00pm on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City.
Dr. White was born in Bastrop, Louisiana on October 10, 1930 to Elmer & Montine Scroggins White and passed away on October 18, 2017 in Bossier City. He was the retired Pastor of Shady Grove Baptist Church. Dr. White has written many study guides over books of the Bible and has a Morning Meditation that goes out to hundreds of people each day.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou; daughter, Julia; parents, Irvin & Montine Thomason, and Elmer White.
Dr. White is survived by his son-in-law, Gerald Palmer; grandchildren, Melony and Anthony Stevens, Joshua and Chelsea Palmer, Caleb Palmer, John Earl Palmer; great – grandchildren, Kenzie Stevens, Sydni Palmer, Charlee Palmer.
