Elizabeth Colbert Bouillon Mason
Elizabeth “Ann” Colbert Bouillon Mason, 83, was born in Gibsland, Louisiana on July 15, 1932. She entered Heaven’s gates on March 16, 2016.
A consummate mother and homemaker, Ann was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. Over the years she collected a large library of cookbooks from around the world. She loved to watch cooking shows on food channels. She was also a sports fan and enjoyed attending and watching the Yankee’s.
She was a member of Benton United Methodist Church in Benton, LA. Ann was predeceased by her parents John and Ferrie Outzs, her loving first husband of 43 years, Joseph Bouillon, her second, M. Warren, and third, E. L. Mason. Ann is survived by her only son Joseph Bouillon and his wife Charlotte, granddaughter Stacey Philyaw and husband Larry, grandson Brian Bouillon and wife Courtney, and four great-grandchildren, Ben Bouillon, Trevor Philyaw, Lainey Bouillon, and Lexy Bouillon. She is also survived by, one sister Claudette Lindsay, one brother John Colbert, Jr. and wife Paula, and several nieces nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to thank Arkansas Hospice and Cypress Baptist Senior visitors.
A memorial service celebrating her life was held Sunday, March 20, 2016, 3:00 PM at Benton United Methodist Church, 4615 Palmetto Road, Benton, LA, 71006.
