BOSSIER CITY – Celebration of life service for H.J Ducas will be held at Faith Temple Assembly Church on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. Pastor Word and Joey Azcarate will be officiating the service.
He was a member of the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
H.J. was preceded in death by his father, Philias Ducas, mother, Evelynn Ducas, daughter, Evelynn L. Ducas, brother, William J. Ducas, nephew, William H. Ducas and wife Donna J. Ducas.
He is survived by his siblings: Lorraine and Roger, sister-in-law, Pamela Thompson; children, Charles A. Ducas, Mr. and Mrs. John B. Ducas, Mr. and Mrs. Stephanie Ducas Jimenez, Mr. and Mrs. David E. Ducas; nieces, Diana Ducas Jenkins and Sierra; nephews, Paul C. Thompson, Tristen and Hunter, grandchildren, Sary, Samantha, John, Valerie, James, Makayla, Erika, Kylee, Tayrn, Ashley, Ryan, Ian, Brandon, Travis and great granddaughter, Vanessa. He is also survived by first and last ranked black belt students, Rodger Zitman and Joey Azcarate, and honorary family, Christina Hughes, Richard and Angie Hildreth, John and Michele Kennington, John Boy McDuffie, Darcia Beckstrand, and Lewis Williford, Jr.
