Jeremy was Born 12-17-80 in Bossier City, LA and Passed Away on 8-30-16 in Lynn, Ark.
There will be a Memorial Service for Jeremy at Bellaire Baptist Church, Bossier City, LA on October 22, 2016 at 11:00am with Dr. Randy Harper, Associate Pastor Jeff Harper and Brother Matt Cate officiating. Special music will be sung by Mrs. Erin McCole Turner and his best friend Mr. Donnie Mitchell will share memories.
Jeremy gave his heart to the Lord on 8-25-97 at Bellaire Baptist Church, Bossier City, LA and was an active member of Foothills Cowboy Church in Batesville, Arkansas when he passed away. He graduated from Parkway High School in 1998 and then from LSU-Shreveport with a B.S. degree in accounting and finance in 2003. He was an accountant for Thomas, Speight & Noble in Jonesboro, Arkansas and a member of the Lion’s Club.
Jeremy was always lovingly involved with his sons’ lives and their activities whether it was sports, school or church. His family time was precious to him and he also enjoyed watching his favorite teams, the LSU Tigers and Chicago Cubs. He was a wonderful father, son, husband, brother, cousin, nephew, friend and Christian. Heaven has received a wonderful Christian man.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Oddis E. and Marjorie N. Whittington, and Thomas L. and Mavor P. Johnston, and three uncles; James E. Whittington, Sr.,
Tommy Ray Johnston and Marvin T. Johnston.
He is survived by his wife Charolette W. Johnston and their precious sons Kade and Conall Johnston. He is also survived by his parents Ronnie and Karen Johnston and his sister, Melissa Johnston of Bossier City.Â
