Sylvia Thompson Erlich
Las Vegas, NV – Sylvia Thompson Erlich (formerly of Bossier City) was born May 27, 1937 in Notasulga, AL to C.L. and Bobbie Lowery-Thompson. She died on Saturday December 19, 2015 in Las Vegas, NV from complications following a fall. She had lived in Las Vegas for many years.
She graduated from Bossier High School in 1954 and traveled many years as a military wife to Foster “Tooter” Teague.
Sylvia is survived by by their three children: Mark Teague of Nevada, Matt and Lorinda Teague of California and Rachel and Al Gray of Virginia; grandchildren: Madison and Thompson Teague of California. She was a first cousin to both Ted and Joyce Thompson-Lowery. Sylvia will be greatly missed by her special friends: Sonia Stinson of Nevada, Bette Upton of Louisiana and many cousins.
Sylvia was a Christian, an avid reader, a great cook, a gracious hostess, a musician, a yarn spinner, a practical joker and a game player.
A private memorial will be held by her family.
Farewell sweet Sylvia. You will be missed by many.
