HAUGHTON – Services celebrating the life of Terry Glynn Stanfield will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at First Baptist Church Haughton, 105 E. Washington Ave., officiated by Dr. Gevan Spinney. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends on Monday, September 14, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Haughton.

Terry was born October 11, 1957 in Manhattan, KS to Everett and Jeanette Stanfield.

Terry grew up in Jena, LA, where he met the love of his life, Kathy. He was the most loving, caring man you could ever meet. He loved his family, friends, but most of all, he love his Lord and Savior, Jesus. He was a coach, Sunday school teacher, fisherman, hunter, and a mentor. In short, Terry was an awesome man, loving father, and devout husband. We WILL see you again in Heaven. I love you!

He was preceded in death by his mother Jeanette Stanfield, and his in-laws, George and Jean Morgan. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Kathy Stanfield, sons Chris Stanfield; with wife Melanie; Thomas Stanfield, father Everett Stanfield, brother David Stanfield, sisters Lorri Atkins; with husband James, Rhonda Floyd; with husband Lester, and Tina Collins, along with many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Wayne McCoy, David McDowell Gary Moore, Scott Morgan, Mike Morgan, Stephen Morgan, Kenny Jenkins, and Brian Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Levi Sharp, Searchers Sunday Class of First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following: Shriner’s Hospital or the charity of your choice .
