BOSSIER CITY – A memorial service for Tina Lynn Alexander McManis will be 4 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2015 at Rose-Neath’s Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Jeff Harper.
Tina was born January 20, 1960 in Shreveport, LA and passed away peacefully in her home, with her family present, on October 8, 2015 in Bossier City, LA. She fought a long, courageous battle against cancer. Grace and love win, not cancer! She was a Registered Nurse and worked at Cornerstone Hospital for over 15 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl Alexander; Ethel Alexander White and Billy Ross White; sister, Vicki Dowden and brother, Mark White.
Tina is survived by her husband, Rusty McManis; sons, Thomas McManis, Daniel and Jessica Welch, Brian and Candice McManis, Caleb and Megan Welch and Jay McManis; daughters, Wendy and Danny Mathews and Morgan and Josh Guyans; grandchildren, Hannah “Toot” Mathews, Hayden “Buddy” Mathews, Jase “Monkey” Welch, Teal “Punkin” Welch, Brice McManis, Brayden “Wildman” Guyans, Colby “Monkey Butt” Guyans, Elaina “Lil Bit” Welch, Lucas “Little Monkey” Welch and two more grandbabies on the way; siblings, Glen White, Terri McIlwain, Janet Ford, Sandra Frith, Tina White, Earl “Bubba” Alexander and her special “fur” babies, Bowen and Brianna.
