Wendell Clay Wycoff
BOSSIER CITY – Wendell Wycoff passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017 in Orlando, Florida at age 54. He was born on April 23, 1963 in El Paso, Texas to Kenneth and Margaret Wycoff. Wendell graduated from Parkway High School Bossier City, Louisiana in 1981. He attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport and was a member of Kappa Alpha Order. Wendell enjoyed playing Basketball and Golf and excelled at both during years at Parkway High. He was an avid LSU fan and loyally wore his Purple and Gold colors much to the dismay of his Florida Gator friends and co-workers. He was preceded in death by his mother Margaret Wycoff. He is survived by his daughter, Kyla Main; father Kenneth Wycoff; sister Cheryl Sterba and husband Ralph; brothers, Christopher Wycoff and wife Caye, and Barry Wycoff and wife Angela; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial Mass was held at 5:30 p.m. Friday September 29, 2017 at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 7738 Barksdale Blvd., Bossier City, Louisiana.
