One of the three suspects sought for committing an armed robbery at Rotolo’s Pizzeria on Benton Road last week is now in custody, and detectives are asking the public’s help in identifying the other suspects.
Edward N. Williams, 27, of the 200 block of Joannes St. in Bossier City, turned himself in to Bossier City Police Saturday after surveillance video of him and two others was made public last week.
Williams is hush about the identify of his accomplices, and detectives are asking the public’s help in identifying the other suspect clearly seen in the infra-red surveillance video committing the armed robbery at Rotolo’s Pizzeria late Aug. 5. This unidentified suspect is described as a dark-skinned black male with short hair, tattoos on his arms and neck and appears to be shorter than Williams, who is 5’ 9”. The suspect is also shown on surveillance video walking while covering his face in front of nearby Adrenaline 24/7 Fitness Center just before committing the felony robbery at Rotolo’s.
Detectives are also looking for the third suspect who was driving the vehicle which was parked in the rear of the business.
If you know someone who fits this description and would hang out with Williams or the type of vehicle used in this robbery, please contact Bossier Crime Stoppers at (318) 424-4100 for a reward of up to $1,000 leading to their arrest.
