Overnight fire destroys Bossier City home

From the Bossier City Fire Department:

The Bossier City Fire Department responded to an overnight fire that destroyed a house in the 3200 block of Tammye Lane. Firefighters got the call just after 3 a.m. Sunday. The first unit that arrived on scene reported the house to be fully involved in flames. Fire crews brought the blaze under control within 10 minutes and managed to keep it from spreading to nearby homes. A family of five was inside the house at the time of the fire and all of them managed to escape without injury. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
