The Bossier City Police Department is asking the public for help with locating two missing teenagers who ran away from a Bossier City youth shelter.
16-year-old Kira Savage and 15-year-old Halley Powell reportedly ran away together last week from the Johnny Gray Jones Youth Shelter in the 4800 block of Shed Road. Bossier City detectives believe the pair may be headed to or are in the Monroe area.
Kira Savage is a white female, 6’1”, 139 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black tank top, blue jeans and a camo jacket.
Halley Powell is a white female, 5’3”, 219 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a shirt, pants, shoes and jacket that were all dark colored .
