Bossier Sheriff’s Office detectives are looking for a man who forcefully entered a fast-food chicken restaurant in Haughton around 3 a.m. Wednesday and stole an undetermined amount of money from a locked office.
Detectives obtained surveillance video that shows an unknown black male break the east-side glass door of Church’s Chicken on 1310 Highway 80 in Haughton and enter the business.
Inside the restaurant, the man crawls on the lobby floor in an apparent attempt to conceal himself from the surveillance cameras. He continues to crawl across the lobby floor to a locked office where he punches a glass window pane on the door. Once inside the office, he is seen purposefully committing his felony by stealing money from several areas of the office before exiting the business through a west-side door and fleeing south to a unknown destination.
In addition the surveillance video, the chicken caper culprit left detectives with other identifying evidence – blood left in several areas from a cut he apparently received during the commission of his crime.

The suspect is described as a black male wearing a black wave cap, black pants and no shirt. He is also seen wearing a black smock and gloves which were removed during the burglary.
