A prayer vigil for Bossier City Public Information Officer Traci Ponder, who recently suffered a heart attack, will be held this morning at 8:30 a.m. near the Women Veterans monument outside the Bossier Civic Center in Bossier City. Prayer will be led by Pastor Randy Harper.
