The Bossier Bearkats swept Captain Shreve and split with Minden in boys basketball sub-varsity games this week.
Monday, the freshman team defeated Shreve 64-26 and the JV team won 65-35. Wednesday, the freshman team lost to Minden 39-31 and the JV team defeated the Crimson Tide 50-34.
Brendon Mosley and Donnie Williams led the freshmen against Shreve with 15 and 14 points, respectively. Kalanis Roots added nine and Michael Green six.
Tybo Wimberly paced the JV team with 12 points. Jacoby Decker had 10, AB Johnson nine and Landric Watson six.
CJ Jarmon, Chris Davenport and Johnson all scored 11 in the JV’s win over Minden. Watson and Wimberly scored eight each.
Decker led the freshman squad with 19 points. Mosley added nine and Williams six.
