The Bossier Parish School System has announced that Princeton Elementary fourth grade teacher Amber Beach has been selected as a 2017 State Teacher of the Year semi-finalist by the Department of Education.
Beach will be honored in July at the 10th annual Cecil J. Picard Educator Excellence Symposium in Baton Rouge, at which time the state Teacher of the Year will be named.
