“It is something that this area and surrounding areas can enjoy. We need things to do with our families and we need things other than the movies. For us, this is an opportunity to go out and enjoy some great music, family time and exercise in one place,” said Scott Muscutt, General Manager of George’s Pond. “We anticipate high numbers of people wanting to skate because this is new for the area. There will be background music and Christmas carols throughout the holidays.”
Private ice skating rink rentals for birthday parties and other events are available. For more information on rentals and to learn more about George’s Pond, visit www.geauxbugs.com or call 318-670-3860 or 318-564-2847.
