Railroad work to close Golden Meadows Drive

Golden Meadows Drive at Barksdale Boulevard is scheduled to close beginning the morning of Wednesday, July 16, 2014 while crews with Kansas City Southern Railroad work to replace the rail crossing at that location.

The crossing is expected to be closed no longer than three days depending on the weather.

Barricades and detour signs will be in place. During the closure motorists can access the Golden Meadows neighborhood from Barksdale Boulevard via Robert E. Lee Boulevard and from Sligo Road via Pampus Lane and Bayou Drive.
