BPT stopped by Santa’s Workshop in the Service Department at Red River Chevrolet in Bossier City this morning and caught the “toy technicians” hard at work! Red River Chevy has offered free holiday toy assembly to families who need the assistance since 1993. And this year is no different!
Rather than stressing out about getting Santa gifts ready to play with, parents are invited to stop by Red River Chevy’s service departments to get help from their “toy technicians.” Through Dec. 23, the service department is acting as Santa’s Workshop, assembling everything from bikes and scooters to doll houses.
The four toy technicians, stationed in the front part of the shop, will be decked out in green shirts and red beanies. There will be three people in green sweatshirts stationed on the service drive to register the toys that are dropped off.
