Red River On The Rise Again

As reported earlier today by Press-Tribune Managing Editor Amanda Simmons, the Red River is expected to crest at 32.5 ft. on Wednesday July 1st (some 2.5 ft. above flood stage) for The Flood of 2015 (Part 2).
