Homebrewing is easy and fun, which is why the river cities Brew Krewe Homebrew Club is hosting an American Homebrewers Association (AHA) Learn to Homebrew Day event.
The event is free and open to the public and will be held at 4:00, November 7, 2015 at the Flying Heart Brewery located at 700 Barksdale Blvd., Bossier City, LA 71111.
Organized by the AHA, Learn to Homebrew Day is an international event held annually on the first Saturday of November. Since 1999, thousands of homebrewers have gathered each year to teach friends and family the basics of the homebrewing hobby.
“Homebrewing is a lifelong hobby that inspires creativity, comradery and community,” said Gary Glass, director, American Homebrewers Association. “These qualities are on full display during AHA Learn to Homebrew Day, as veteran and rookie homebrewers come together to educate and celebrate.”
The RCBK is happy to invite anyone interested in homebrewing to stop by from 4 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2015 to join the fun! Email rivercitiesbrewkrewe@gmail.com or visit https://www.facebook.com/events/1602128386717742 for more information.
