UPDATE (7/18/2021): DOTD advises motorists that the LA 511 (Jimmie Davis Bridge) over the Red River in Caddo & Bossier Parishes has been REOPENED. We appreciate the public’s patience as we performed maintenance and routine inspection on the bridge.
