Robinson Film Center is thrilled to announce the return of its popular Summer Film Camps, inviting young creatives ages 6–18 to dive into the world of storytelling, filmmaking, and digital media. Whether your child dreams of being behind the camera, writing the next big script, or editing a blockbuster, RFC’s camps offer hands-on opportunities to learn from professional filmmakers in a fun and supportive environment.
This year’s camp lineup includes age-appropriate sessions on topics such as story development, on-set management, screenwriting, directing, and acting, offering valuable creative and technical skills in a collaborative setting. The film camps culminate in a screening event showcase, where students can proudly present their work to family and friends on the big screen, while the acting camp will give students an immersive experience in acting and storytelling through performance.
“Our summer film camps are a cornerstone of our education programming,” said Rich Hansil, Education Director of Robinson Film Center. “They not only foster creativity and collaboration, but also give young people the confidence to tell their stories and explore the world of filmmaking in a hands-on way.”
Registration is now open, and spots are limited. Scholarships are available for qualifying students, ensuring access to all members of our community.
