SPRINGHILL – Graveside services and interment for Mrs. Rubye Haynes Carroll, age 91, was held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 3, 2014 at the Springhill Cemetery with Rev. Ronald Morgan officiating.
Mrs. Carroll was born on August 29, 1922 to Romie Melvin and Nora King Haynes and died Saturday, February 1, 2014 in Bossier City, LA. She was a life long resident of this area and a homemaker and a faithful member of the First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, A. L. Carroll on April 21, 1999; her parents, her brother, Elvie Haynes and her niece, LeAnn Kelsh.
Mrs. Carroll is survived by a sister, Nancy Haynes Richardson, Springhill, LA; brother, Earl Haynes and wife, Gene of Bossier City, LA; sister-in-law, Syble Wise Haynes of Minden, LA; nephews, Greg Richardson and wife, Tammie; Steve Haynes and wife, Karen; nieces, Margaret Haynes Mims and husband, Billy; Marcy Haynes; Kay Haynes
Lottinger and husband, C. J.; great nieces and nephews, Zac, Lacee, Jade, Hailey, Kayla, Rachel, Daniel, Lauren, Mitchell, Scott and Kelly; great great nieces and nephews, Kason, Jaxon, Levi, Henley, Brynlee, Madeline, Trenton,
Angel, Brody and Brianna.
