The time has finally come for the doors to open at the new Sam’s Club in Bossier City.
John Hamm, Club General Manager, said the days leading up to the Aug. 14 grand opening are “going great” and that all 170 associates are ready to serve impending crowds.
“We anticipate a busy first day and a busy few weeks,” Hamm said joyfully. “We’re proud of this store and ready to serve the residents of this community.”
The store, located at 2861 Beene Boulevard, will open just nine months after officials broke ground on the project. Hamm said it features new accommodations to better serve shoppers as well as the traditional aspects of the store that customers know and enjoy.
One thing new to the Bossier City location is a health and wellness section, which includes the hearing aid, optical and pharmacy all in one location in the store.
Another thing guests can expect to see if a better presentation of merchandise throughout the store.
“It will bring great shopping options to our valued customers,” Hamm said. “We see it as a great asset to the twin cities and surrounding area.”
The fuel station located in the parking lot is already open for business and there is still time to sign up for a Sam’s Club membership at the Louisiana Boardwalk
Hamm invited customers to stop by the store, grab something to eat from the snack stand and enjoy a new kind of shopping venture in the Bossier City market.
