Notini’s Italian Restaurant of Bossier City has expanded, opening its second location at Shreveport Regional Airport.
Mark Crawford, business and development manager for the Shreveport Airport Authority, announced on Facebook on Thursday, Aug. 8, that Notini’s Italian Restaurant is now open for business at Shreveport Regional Airport. It’s located on Concourse B, across from Gate 5, which is used by Delta.
“Opening today is Notini’s Italian, which is serving pizzas, muffulettas, po’boys, and, eventually, Italian salads. Their famous sweet tea will also be added. Work is underway for a new, separate retail store, the 318 Forum Newsstand and Gifts, which should open by the end of September. Work has also begun on the Great Raft Tap Room, located on the American concourse. That location should open by the end of the year. Finally, there will be a Southern Maid kiosk pre-security that also serves Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf drinks. That will open sometime early next year,” Crawford said.
At the end of July 2024, Crawford also announced that Tacomania Cantina & Grill had officially opened at Shreveport Regional Airport.
“In the TSA checkpoint atrium, Tacomania Cantina & Grill has opened and is serving a selection of classic menu favorites guests will recognize from the original restaurant location. Also in the TSA checkpoint atrium is the international brand The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, which serves a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, flavored teas, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and sandwiches,” Crawford said.
“In our ongoing efforts to improve the passenger experience at the airport, we are excited to see these three new restaurant locations open to offer an upgraded dining experience never seen at Shreveport Regional Airport before. There are even more exciting upgrades on the way,” he added.
