BOSSIER CITY – Visitation for Sofia Vasquez Lopez, 75, will be Monday, April 7, 2014 from 10 a.m. until noon at Rose- Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City, LA. Services will be1 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Officiating will be Father Rothel Price. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery, Shreveport, LA.
Sofia was born September 28, 1938 in Brownsville, TX and passed away April 3, 2014 in Bossier City, LA.
She is survived by her husband, Macario Lopez; daughters, Liz Lopez Thogmartin, Cindy Lopez Quattrone and Tricia Lopez Fertitta; grandchildren, Blake Cohen, Haley Cohen, Lee Quattrone and Katie Quattrone; great grandchildren, Sophia Cohen, Genevieve Cohen, Abel and Annabelle Quattrone; and sisters, Tina Fragosa and Gela Nunez; brother, Val Vasquez
Honoring Sofia as pallbearers will be Blake Cohen, Lee Quattrone, Tim Quattrone, Joseph Fertitta, David Thogmartin and Neal McMahon.
