Sub-varsity boys basketball: Bossier wins freshman, JV games


The Bossier Bearkats swept the Parkway Panthers in freshman and junior varsity boys basketball games Wednesday night.

Otis Smith scored 20 points and Dante Bell 13 to lead the freshman team to the victory.

Kalaas Roosts tossed in 15 points and Janyron Rogers chipped in with 12 in the JV team’s 49-20 victory.

Bossier also swept Captain Shreve Monday night.

The freshman team won 45-38 and the JV team won 59-48.

Smith and Bell led the freshman team, scoring the same amount of points they did in the win over Parkway.

Kedrick Boone helped the Bossier cause with nine points.

Tyron McCoy paced the JV team with 15 points. Mike Green added 12, Brenden Mosley 10 and Donnie Williams nine.
